No actions, no reactions, no concentration.
What it does
- You cannot take any action, Bonus Action or Reaction.
- Concentration is broken.
- You cannot speak, and initiative is rolled with disadvantage.
How it ends
When the effect ends.
At the table
It is a component of several other conditions rather than something usually applied on its own — Paralyzed, Petrified, Stunned and Unconscious all include it.
